Q.01 Does the price include the server? +
No. WP Shift is a software platform — you bring your own cloud account (DigitalOcean, Vultr, Hetzner, Linode, AWS Lightsail). You pay your provider directly for the server, and us only for the management layer.
Q.02 How much does a server cost on a cloud provider? +
A capable WordPress server starts at around €5/month on Hetzner or $6/month on DigitalOcean. WP Shift sites run well on these tiers, and you scale as you grow.
Q.03 What's the difference between sites, domains, and inboxes? +
A site is a WordPress install. A domain is a DNS-managed name (you can point multiple domains at one site). An inbox is an email address you create on a domain. Each plan caps the three independently.
Q.04 Can I add more email storage? +
Yes. Each inbox includes 250 MB. You can add 500 MB blocks at €0.50/month per inbox, billed alongside your subscription.
Q.05 Is there a free trial? +
Yes. WP Shift offers a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You get the full Professional feature set during the trial.
Q.06 Can I switch plans later? +
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period — assuming you fit under the limits of the lower plan.
Q.07 Do you offer refunds? +
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. The 7-day trial exists so you can evaluate WP Shift before committing.
Q.08 Is VAT included in the prices? +
Prices are shown excluding VAT. EU customers will see VAT applied at checkout where applicable; non-EU customers see no VAT.
